Irrigation dripper mould
We are specialized in designing and manufacturing various Irrigation dripper mould both with cold runners and with hot rnners, in both nylon forms according to demands from clients, with high accuracy, long life, competitive prices and good service. We adopts imported S136H steel for the mould core. The performance of the moulds has been proved to be excellent by test and through application by clients.
Main Technical Parameters for the Irrigation dripper mould:
•Subsurface gate is adopted for the mould, leadiong to automatic production.
•Fine quality mould steel S136H (HRC48-50) imported from Sweden is adopted for the mould,
which can make the mould life reach over 2 million times.
•The machining accuracy for the mould can reach ±0.01mm, and roughness can reach Ra00.8.
•The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%.
•The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 4%.
•Mould Design: 2D/3D drawing
•Mould cavities are interchangeable, after that drippers with various flow rate can be produced .
•Dripper flow rate, diameter and length can be designed according to samples or request from customers.
•Mould base is LKM from Shanghai
•Mould runner adopts cold or hot runner.
•Mould period is 15 to 20 seconds.
